We asked our volunteers, participants and Trustees to share one simple thing they do that makes them feel more grounded, more connected and more in charge of their own well being....

Well, we got more than a few and we will be sharing all those wonderful insights with you over the course of the week.

One thing that shines right through is that most of these interventions are SIMPLE. Things that we sometimes forget about. We begin with something most of us depend and rely on- family and friends.
