Celebrated in 150 countries, World Mental Health Day is dedicated to raising awareness about mental health issues, fighting stigma and encouraging people to support one another.


What can we do?

  • Start the conversation about mental health.

  • Promote self-care and wellbeing.

  • Encourage each other to seek support.

  • Get involved in community activities.


Mental health and emotional wellbeing is just as important as our physical health. Stepping outside, connecting with our community and being in nature can make a huge difference.
